This art was created by Humboldt County 3rd and 4th graders in an effort to protect the threatened Western Snowy Plover. The contest winners pictured above will become outreach signs to be posted at local beaches where Snowy Plovers breed. Sponsored by Audubon California, Toyota Together Green, and the Morrisey Family Foundation.
