Share the Beach Campaign
The goal of the Share the Beach Campaign is to outreach to beachgoers to let them know how they can "share the beach" with native plants and animals by learning how to recreate in a way that protects all species, especially the threatened Pacific coast population of western snowy plover. This educational program is designed to increase awareness and appreciation of the natural diversity of our beaches through a media campaign, outreach events and a Share the Beach Naturalist Program..
